Meet Mdm Masturah, a dedicated caregiver of 8 years for her mother-in-law with advanced dementia, and her own parents who suffered from kidney failure and stroke.
After attending CAL's Caregivers-to-Caregivers Dementia session in July 2022, she found the programme invaluable and passionately advocates to her loved ones and friends. She even shared about CAL’s programmes on Malay National radio, Warna.
Masturah finds solace in gardening, tending to plants along her corridor, a social hub for friends and neighbours. For CAL 4 Mental Wellness this year, she donated 20 plants - still up for public adoption!
