Plant Killer #2

At work, Ryp Yong is a storyteller, but at home, she kills plants. Many pots that she passionately planted at Dawson Community Garden, under the tutelage of helpful colleagues and caregivers with green fingers, did not grow well. “I can’t say I’m surprised,” admits the plant killer. Undefeated, and bent on contributing pots of plants to C4MW 2024, Ryp enlisted the help of her parents Papa & Mama Yong. Both seniors in their 70s and 80s were glad to have a new activity to occupy their afternoons. Meanwhile, Ryp wants to convince Sister Yong and family to adopt these 10 pots through a donation and do their part for mental wellness too...
